Our focus is to foster a lifelong love of music in young children that will last well into adulthood.

Private music lessons are recommended for beginners ages seven and up. These one-on-one lessons with our qualified instructors allow for more flexibility in learning so lessons can move at the student’s pace. Students are encouraged to complete examinations through the Royal Conservatory of Music and participate in our Christmas and Spring recitals. Private lessons are offered for a variety of instruments.

 

In-Person

All instructors offer in-person one-on-one instruction. We offer lessons in a variety of instruments and will modify our programming to suit the unique needs of each student.

Online

Private lessons are now available online for all instruments: piano, guitar, ukulele, violin, bass, clarinet, voice, drums and music theory.

$114 per month, $250 registration fee (includes Level 1 books and materials required through MYC)

MYC® is a proven method for thousands of students worldwide each year. These small group lessons are designed for beginners, ages two to six years, and their caregivers. Our qualified instructors will create a positive and welcoming environment for you and your child. MYC® is a keyboard-based program. Each lesson includes singing, listening activities, ensemble playing, music history, keyboard skills and music theory. After completing the Music for Young Children program, your child will have a strong foundation of music theory and a love of music that will last a lifetime!

Levels Offered

Sunrise (Ages 2-3) - Pre-keyboard program for beginners

Sunshine 1 (Ages 3-4) - Keyboard-based small group music program for beginners. 

Sunshine 2 - Prerequisite: Sunshine 1

Sunbeams 1 (ages 5-6) - Keyboard-based small group music program for beginners

Sunbeams 2 - Prerequisite: Sunshine 2 or Sunbeams 1

Sunbeams 3 - Prerequisite: Sunbeams 2

Moonbeams 3 - Prerequisite: Sunbeams 3. At this level, students graduate with grade 1 requirements for Royal Conservatory of Music

The Music Class Music Pups®

$200 per 8 week session - books and tracks included.

8-Week Morning Sessions

These morning group classes are designed for ages 0-3 and include singing, dancing, movement, and instrument learning. This is a great introduction to music concepts and is scientifically backed to encourage brain development and readiness for music learning. We are proud to be the only studio in the area to offer this high quality program for babies and toddlers. Each student receives a songbook with the accompanying recordings. Week Long Summer Group Camps

Our popular summer music camps include indoor and outdoor music activities, special guests, songs, crafts and more! These camps are designed to keep children busy over summer break with educational music activities that expose them to a variety of musical instruments and styles.

9 am-3 pm

$325 per child per week

Week 1: July 2-5*
Week 2: July 8-12

*Please note there will be no camp on Canada Day, July 1st. This week’s cost is $275.

Group Theory Class

Prepare for theory examinations through the Royal Conservatory of Music Curriculum.

Adult Music Class

Learn the basics of music theory and piano - a great option for adult beginners.
